Our Pipe and Drape systems are configurable in so many different ways. If you are a convention center, worship facility, or AV company we have the products that fit your need. Our pipe and bases are imported and stocked in Los Angeles, and our drapes are made to order in our factory. 

Panel construction

Back drapes are sewn to order in our own factory to your specified height and width, so non-standard dimensions are normal work rather than a special request. Standard panel width is 120″ with 85% fullness at the pleat. Panels come with a 4″ pole pocket and are cut to ±1″ of the ordered height and width. The pocket is double-back-tacked at the first inch, where the drape support is strung. Fabric is laid flat before cutting to relax the bias, so the cut is straight and even. Velour is stocked in 14oz, 21oz and 27oz. Shade and dye lot records are kept per customer so repeat orders match.

Hardware

Uprights are 1.5″ diameter, in 3′, 6′, 7′, 8′ and 10′ heights. Base plates are 16″ × 14″. Base pins are available in 1.5″ × 3″, 1.5″ × 6″, 2″ × 3″ and 2″ × 6″. Crossbars telescope from 6′ to 10′. Uprights are supplied in mill aluminum or black anodized.

IFR fabric — Back drapes are available in IFR (inherently flame resistant) fabric, with certification supplied. The flame resistance is part of the fibre and does not wash out, unlike a topical treatment. It is tested to NFPA 701, and certification is supplied with the order.
