About The Factory

Every Drapes 4 Show order is made in the company’s own factory in Dallas, Texas. The business was founded in Los Angeles in 1984 by Karen Honigberg and relocated to Dallas in 2020; today it is led by second-generation president Jason Honigberg, who has held the role since 2012.

One factory, every order cut to measure

Drapes 4 Show is a manufacturer, not a reseller. Table linens, skirting, dropovers, chair covers, bedding, bath textiles and audio-visual covers are cut and sewn to order — any size, any quantity, from a single sample piece to volume production. Custom work is the factory’s normal output, not an exception.

From projector cart skirting to full textile programs

The company began in audio visual in 1982, making projector cart skirting. That background still shapes how the factory works: AV-related products are serialized and lot tracked, and the focus is on product longevity, quality in manufacturing and solving aesthetic problems for customers.

Fabrics

Thousands of fabrics are held in stock and more can be sourced. Flame-resistant fabric is available on back drapes, table skirting and the velour used in our fast-fold screen kits. Where we supply it, the fabric is IFR — inherently flame resistant — so the flame resistance is part of the fibre and does not wash out. It is tested to NFPA 701, and certification is supplied with the order.

Buying from the factory

There is no public price list and no minimum order. Every project is quoted individually, with quotes typically returned within two working days. Drapes 4 Show ships to all 50 US states and exports worldwide, and has delivered projects for Sodexo, GSA and Entegra.
