Conference Cloth Dropovers

Dropovers are full-drop table covers that dress a table to the floor in one piece. Drapes 4 Show manufactures three dropover styles to order in the Dallas, Texas factory: fitted, inverted pleat and conference cloth. Every cover is cut to measure for your tables.

Which dropover style should you choose?

• Fitted dropovers — designed to eliminate table skirting, reduce set up times and improve the overall look of a table setup
• Inverted pleat dropovers — add a pleated detail to individual tables; can be produced with contrasting colors in the corner, or three sides to the floor for conference and schoolroom setups
• Conference cloth dropovers — full-drop conference linen with radius corners so the cloth does not drag on the floor

Dropovers or table skirting?

A dropover covers the table in a single piece, while skirting is a separate pleated panel fitted to the table edge. Venues choose dropovers when they want a cleaner look and faster changeovers; fitted dropovers are made specifically to reduce setup time and to replace skirting entirely.

Fabrics and finishes

Fabric construction matters. Double-sided velours are plush and help absorb sound in a meeting room, while single-sided fabrics give a sleek presentation finish — and a double-sided cloth can change the look of a room simply by being turned over. The program is machine washable and dryable with satin merrow stitched edges, and flat cloths can be processed through a flat ironer in a commercial laundry. High-end patterns are available for head tables and press conferences.
