Table skirting presents a table setup such as a head table, convention table, or registration table. Produced to order you can choose from numerous different fabrics and style. Any size length or width is possible. Table skirting was one of our first products — we have been producing it since the company was founded in 1984.

Table skirting can be used on tables of any size and shape, and we manufacture it to order. Length and height can be any size. The most common size is 29 inches tall, for a 30 inch tall table. Skirting is made to any table size or shape. Pleat styles are box, expo and shirred — pleating is aesthetic only and does not change the drop. Skirting attaches with Velcro tape, clips and pins. The fabric is commercially launderable.

Pleat styles are an aesthetic choice. There is no difference in quality between them, only in how the fabric is folded at the top. The box pleat is the most expensive table skirting pleat style and the expo pleat is the least expensive. Every pleat style is made in our factory to order.

BOX PLEAT A box pleat is a 3 inch wide pleat with a 3″ wide space between pleats. Box pleat is produced with an overlocked hem on the bottom unless otherwise requested.

CASUAL SHIRRED PLEAT A gathered pleat is formed with 2 lines of sewing with a 1.5″ wide header. The fabric is gathered 1.5 to 1 standard fullness.

EXPO PLEAT A folded pleat that is formed with 2 lines of sewing with a 1.5″ wide space in between. The fabric is gathered 1.2 to 1.

SHIRRED TRADITIONAL PLEAT A gathered pleat that is formed with 4 lines of sewing with a 1/4″ wide space in between. The fabric is gathered 2 to 1 for maximum fullness.

IFR fabric — Table skirting is available in IFR (inherently flame resistant) fabric, with certification supplied. The flame resistance is part of the fibre and does not wash out, unlike a topical treatment.
