Drapes 4 Show manufactures conference and meeting room textiles to order: conference cloth, dropovers, stretch covers, pipe and drape, and audio-visual covers. Everything is cut and sewn in the Dallas, Texas factory for meeting rooms, boardrooms, conference centers and classrooms.

What is conference cloth?

Conference cloth is a full-drop table cover designed for meeting and conference tables. Drapes 4 Show cloths are cut with radius corners in the front and back for a clean fit that does not drag on the floor. Fabrics range from double-sided velour — often seen in European classroom setups and plush enough to help absorb sound in a meeting room — to single-sided fabrics with a sleek presentation finish. The double-sided cloth can brighten a room in minutes simply by turning it over.

Are conference cloths machine washable?

Yes. The conference cloth program is machine washable and dryable, and edges are finished with a satin merrow stitch. Flat cloths can be processed through a flat ironer in a commercial laundry, which is the main advantage of flat cloths for high-volume venues.

Ordering

Send table dimensions and fabric direction and the factory will quote; sizes are cut to measure, so any length of conference table can be covered. Flame-resistant fabric is available on back drapes, table skirting and the velour used in our fast-fold screen kits. Where we supply it, the fabric is IFR — inherently flame resistant — so the flame resistance is part of the fibre and does not wash out. It is tested to NFPA 701, and certification is supplied with the order. There is no minimum order, and quotes are typically returned within two working days.
